Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PT to join our growing team in Stockton, CA. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in-state (or eligible).
• NBCOT registered (if state mandates).
• OT degree recognized by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver therapy using modalities and adjust as needed.
