Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on evaluation forms promptly and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Deliver care using modalities and adjust treatment while observing safety precautions.
