Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services in Stockton, CA is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PT to join a growing team. The role offers compensation of $60.00–$65.00 per hour, on-site work, and a supportive culture focused on clinical education and professional growth.

You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, document findings, obtain MD orders, and provide patient-centered therapy using various modalities. Licensure and NBCOT-OTR as required by state are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist in-state
• Graduated from an AOTA-recognized OT program
• NBCOT-OTR certification, if mandated by state

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations based on physician orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans with long and short-term goals, frequency, duration and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment as indicated while adhering to safety guidelines.
