South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapist - PT in Stockton, CA. The role involves providing comprehensive OT evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapies on-site with a focus on improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate with an OT degree recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT designation, if state mandated.
• Current OT license/registration in-state where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings timely and accurately on the evaluation form.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver therapies and modify treatment per precautions and patient needs.
