Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapist - PT to join a growing team in Stockton, CA. The role offers competitive hourly compensation and a supportive, education-oriented work culture.

The therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with MD orders and care teams to deliver patient-centered rehab services. Licensing and NBCOT credentials are required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT certification as OTR (if required by state)
• Current license/registration to practice OT in-state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with long and short-term goals, frequency and duration.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide treatment using modalities and adapt as indicated while observing safety precautions.
