South Pacific Rehab Services in Stockton, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist - PT to join our growing team. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $60.00–$65.00 and requires licensure as an OT with NBCOT designation where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• Current state license/registration as an OT where applicable.
• Potential NBCOT designation if state mandates.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms in a timely, accurate manner.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with goals, frequency, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges are obtained.
• Deliver patient-centered therapy, adapting modalities while observing precautions.
