Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team in Michigan. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders and develop detailed treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, frequency, and modalities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state mandated).
• Current in-state OT license/registration as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment using modalities and adjust as indicated while following precautions.

Education

B.S./M.A./M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (AOTA recognized)
