Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for full-time and PRN opportunities across our partner facilities. You will deliver occupational therapy services, assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning to support recovery and independence.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, maintain licensure, comply with state/federal regulations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care.
• Screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and plan discharges.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians and manage casework.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Read, write, and communicate in English effectively.
