Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with professional standards and Reliant Rehabilitation’s guidelines.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to COTAs.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab technicians during therapy sessions, ensuring resource utilization and adherence to state practice acts and company policies.
• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of a strong occupational therapy program.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on developments in occupational therapy and healthcare.
