Job summary

Our Client in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a permanent, direct-hire role. The position features a daytime schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), 35 hours per week, on-site work, with opportunities for sign-on or relocation assistance as discussed with the client.

You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized goals and treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to promote independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed NM OT or eligible to practice.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional abilities and goals, and develop individualized plans.
• Deliver interventions within scope, reassess progress and adapt care.
• Document evaluations, interventions and progress per standards.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation and care teams to align goals with daily activities.
