Advantra Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity in Albuquerque, NM. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality rehabilitation services.

The role requires NM OT licensure, 1–10 years of OT experience, and current credentials. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM MDT, with a 3-month 27 day assignment starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Mexico.
• 1–10 years OT experience.
• Current required credentials and certifications.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments based on patient needs.
• Help patients improve functional independence and daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow facility policies and applicable clinical standards.
