The Role

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist passionate about delivering personalized therapy in a home health setting. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, all while enjoying a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct skilled occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services in patients' homes, promoting recovery, independence, and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home safety, and adaptive strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Active Occupational Therapist license (unrestricted) in the State of New Mexico.
• Minimum 1+ year of full-time experience as a licensed OT (2+ years preferred).
• Prior Home Health experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and independent decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
