Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to help patients improve their functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve daily functioning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in occupational therapy to provide the highest quality of care.
