Formación

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Active OT license required.
• COTA license required.
• Minimum one year related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision of OT, contribute to assessment of inpatients and outpatients.
• Provide patient-focused interventions per the treatment plan.
• Document daily charges, progress notes, and reports accurately.
• Monitor therapeutic benefit and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with health team for discharge planning and updates.
