Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience required.
• OT licensure in Pennsylvania upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements OT plans of care to restore function.
• Provides patient-centered occupational therapy treatment.
• Communicates progress to supervisor and team members.
• Performs reassessments and adjusts plans as needed.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
