Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the IRF Therapy team at Muhlenberg in Bethlehem. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement OT plans of care to restore function and independence, and collaborate with patients and families to maximize outcomes.

Responsibilities include skilled therapy techniques, progress communication with the care team, and documentation in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Must have OT degree and PA OT license.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments - Home Care only.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan OT programs to restore function.
• Implement individualized OT plans with exercises and ADL training.
• Document care and communicate progress to team.
