Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Hudson, Ohio seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care with flexibility to fit your schedule.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current Ohio OT license, NBCOT certification, and up to one year of experience. You’ll assess patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate families.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
