Job summary

Continuum-Therapy-Partners in Cincinnati OH is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our PRN pool. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and ensure continuity of care within our high-quality standards.

The role offers daytime PRN shifts at Indianspring of Oakley, with collaboration from a leadership team of experienced therapists. A Master's or Doctorate in OT and NBCOT certification are required, along with Ohio licensure and at least one year of

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
