Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN/part-time role at Helia Healthcare of Benton in Benton, IL. You will join a team led by therapists who value your clinical voice and flexibility while maintaining a strong partnership with full-time staff.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, documenting progress, educating patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety, and

Formación

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence

• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations

Occupational Therapist Benefits & Schedule:

• Schedule: Consistent PRN-Daytime 2 days a week- 8 hrs/day
