Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid California OT license or license eligibility.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; maintained thereafter; certification on hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT assessments in facility and home to define care needs, goals.
• Participate actively in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans.
• Provide active/passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait and ADL training.
• Train and supervise Therapy Assistants for Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP).
