Summary

• The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides patient treatment and therapy by following an established plan of care directed and supervised by an OTR/L and is responsible for mentoring Assistants, Technicians, and Students.
• Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Participates in CQI activities and facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Development: Proactively shares clinical expertise, takes initiative for professional growth, and maintains clinical competencies.
