Job summary

Mission Health in Highlands, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to use procedures and techniques to improve patient function within the rehabilitation diagnosis and prognosis. You will supervise and coordinate therapeutic care and provide excellent patient and family communication.

This role may involve off-site services and requires collaboration with staff to teach and mentor others while managing resources for patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Current North Carolina license to practice Occupational Therapy is required.
• New graduates eligible.

• Provide patient and customer service by supervising and coordinating therapeutic care.

• Required Experience: None required – new graduate eligible.
• Preferred Experience: Clinical affiliations covering a wide variety of rehabilitation settings.
