Position Details:
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Schedule: PRN coverage (intermittent availability), Monday through Friday
Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts

Who You Are

We’re seeking licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants who are:

• Committed to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness
• Skilled in ergonomic assessments and early intervention strategies
• Passionate about fostering a healthy work environment

Your Role

As an Industrial Health Clinician, you will:

• Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching
• Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments
• Implement work simulation and wellness programs
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Key Responsibilities

• Execute onsite injury prevention programs
• Engage employees in proactive wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
• Track and report program outcomes to measure impact

Physical Demands & Dress Code

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE required
