Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an occupational therapist assistant at Enhance Rehabilitation, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be part of a growing team. In this role, you’ll assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

  • Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs, with the assistance of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
  • Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments after each visit.
  • Maintain continuous communication with Occupational Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff.
  • Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
