Join Our Team as an Industrial Prevention Specialist

Are you a dynamic professional eager to make a real impact? We’re hiring Industrial Clinicians to deliver top-tier injury prevention services to our workforce.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Availability: Monday–Friday, between 6 AM – 8 PM (variable shifts based on client needs)

Who You Are

• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC, MAT, LAT), Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation
• An excellent communicator and team player

Your Impact

• Conduct pre-employment screenings
• Provide body mechanics training and job coaching
• Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments
• Develop wellness and work simulation programs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

Key Responsibilities

• Implement on-site prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching
• Promote health initiatives and engage with staff
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
• Track and report program metrics

Physical Demands

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Dress Code

• Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed
