Your Role as a COTA:
  • Provide skilled, compassionate therapy under the direction of an Occupational Therapist

  • Implement personalized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and daily function

  • Help residents succeed with tasks like dressing, grooming, and bathing

  • Foster independence and improved quality of life for each patient

  • Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, SLPs, nurses, and caregivers

  • Document progress and actively contribute to care planning
