Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy based on patient need and medical direction. You will educate patients and caregivers and arrange adaptive equipment as needed, working part-time at Butterworth Hospital.

The role requires Michigan OT licensure and CPR/BLS certification. The department is Rehab Resource Pool – Grand Rapids Hosp, with a day shift and weekdays schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Preferred Master's Degree.
• LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required.
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA/ARC 90 Days required.

Standard Qualifications
