Corewell Health in Zeeland, MI seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy under medical direction. You will educate patients and caregivers and arrange adaptive equipment as needed. The role is part-time with day shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Master's degree preferred.
• MI state OT licensure required upon hire.
• NB-COT certification (OTR) required upon hire.
• MI driver's license required.
• BLS certification within 90 days (AHA or ARC).
• Hand Therapist Certification (CHT) preferred.

Standard Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree
• LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
• CRT-Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT) - HTCC Hand Therapy Certification Commission Hand Therapy Program Upon Hire preferred
