PT Solutions in Crestview, FL is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to advance transformative care at North Okaloosa Medical Center, delivering rehab services and expanding access to quality therapy for patients and communities.

You will deliver evidence-based care, establish timely treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case management across the hospital to support patients’ recovery and return to function.

Qualifications

• <span>Graduate of ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.</span>
• <span>Registered with NBCOT.</span>
• <span>Current or pending state licensure.</span>
• <span>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</span>

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to regain previous level of function or progress to the next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, and hospital clinicians.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case management, nurses and other team members.

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-101,000/year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
