Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our teams across multiple Senior Living Communities in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team. Must hold a current OT license in the state; CPR preferred. 0-1 years experience required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state OT license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Rate: 44-50/hr

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
