Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services, including assessments, treatment planning, and interventions in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

You will work with patients across ages, document progress, educate families, and coordinate with the care team. A state OT license is required and CPR certification is preferred. 0-1 years experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications
