Job summary

Synchrony Rehab seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will perform assessments, plan treatments, and implement interventions to help patients improve daily living skills.

You will educate patients and families, document progress, and coordinate with a care team to ensure comprehensive patient care and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure
• CPR certification or equivalent is preferred
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience: 0-1 years of OT practice

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on activities of daily living techniques.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
