Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Winnfield, LA is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and help individuals regain independence with collaborative support from a full care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (accredited program).
• Valid state OT license.
• Experience as an OT preferred (new grads welcome).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations

• Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment
• Train patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices
