Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services, including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. You will work with patients to improve functional abilities and promote independence, documenting progress as you go.

Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy and 0-1 years of experience, plus an active OT license.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years required.
• Must hold and maintain a current state OT license; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living activities techniques and strategies.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
