Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehab team. This role focuses on improving residents' functional independence and quality of life within a supportive clinical environment, in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Venice, FL.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, designing OT treatment plans, and delivering interventions to enhance ADLs and mobility, while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality resident care and outcomes.
