Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This role focuses on restoring mobility, strength, and independence for residents in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating PT plans, providing interventions, and educating residents and families. Collaborative care planning and accurate documentation are essential components of this role.

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, resident-focused environment dedicated to restoring mobility, strength, and independence.
