Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing facility rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and provide OT services to promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include ADL training, mobility and cognition work, progress monitoring, and compliant documentation. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise COTAs where applicable, and support families

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT license in good standing in Florida.
• Geriatric rehabilitation knowledge and Medicare regulations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Supervise COTAs as applicable.
• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team. The Occupational Therapist evaluates residents, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides occupational therapy services to promote independence, safety, and improved quality of life.
