Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions to restore mobility, strength, balance and independence.

You will educate residents and families on safety and adaptive techniques, collaborate with nursing and therapy staff, maintain compliant documentation, and participate in care planning and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist license (required).
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to high-quality resident care and outcomes.
