Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Sheridan, WY to assess functional needs and create individualized treatment plans for residents in a skilled-nursing setting. You will collaborate with rehabilitation and nursing teams and adapt interventions as residents progress.

The assignment is a 13-week W-2 contract with a 40-hour schedule and 36 guaranteed hours per week. Minimum requirements include a Wyoming OT license and at least one year of relevant experience, plus strong assessment

Total Compensation: $48.13-$50.93/hour*

Help residents work toward greater independence in self-care and daily life. Assess functional needs, develop individualized occupational therapy plans and adapt treatment as residents progress. You will collaborate with the rehabilitation and nursing teams in a skilled-nursing setting where practical goals and personal connections are central to care.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00-$22.80.
