Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare is seeking an occupational therapist to help clients regain independence through home health visits in Hermiston, OR. You will evaluate daily function and develop practical treatment plans while collaborating with patients, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves travel between patient homes, a 13-week W-2 contract, and weekday hours with weekend rotation. 40 hours/week guaranteed; start targeted for late October 2026.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon OT license and BLS.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program; at least three years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between patient homes.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation, older‑adult care and home‑health/hospice practice.

Total Compensation: $50.50–$53.37/hour*

This assignment combines independent visits with interdisciplinary teamwork and the opportunity to see how your care makes everyday life easier.

Assignment Overview

• Hermiston, Oregon 97838
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Weekday visits, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a weekend rotation. Thanksgiving and New Year’s coverage required.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Proposed October 28, 2026 start, pending facility confirmation
• Travel between patient care locations may be required; business mileage arrangements are confirmed before an offer
• Holiday coverage required

What You Bring

• Current Oregon occupational therapist license and BLS.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program; at least three years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insured personal vehicle and ability to travel between patient homes.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation, older‑adult care and home‑health/hospice practice.
