Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities include providing excellent patient care, collaborating with facility staff, documenting progress, supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants, and ensuring measurable goals are achieved through ongoing evaluation and revision of plans of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold OT license in Illinois.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes.
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
