Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our growing team. You will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with facility staff, develop measurable goals, and provide education to patients and families. Supervising OTAs and maintaining accurate documentation are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Evaluating new patients and developing plans of care.
• Setting measurable, functional goals.
• Treating patients and educating patients and families.
• Completing timely and accurate documentation (evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, daily notes).
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

• Providing excellent care for our patients
• Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for you patients
• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
