Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County Hospital in Middleburg, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and design tailored care plans addressing physical, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits to restore independence.

You will implement evidence-based treatments, adapt to patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers on deficit management and adaptive equipment, with strong focus on safe discharge transitions for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Occupational Therapy license in Florida required.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy prior to hiredate or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
