Job summary

AOT, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR or COTA) to provide school-based therapy one day per week in Mars, PA, with potential for additional hours in Beaver County.

The role focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in classroom activities through direct therapy and collaboration with IEP teams. Candidates must have an OT degree, PA license, and pediatric or school-based experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12).
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation including progress notes and IEP updates/annual reviews.

Job Summary

An Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade. This role focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12)
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success

Requirements
