Job summary

Austill’s Educational Therapy Services in West Grove, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide school-based therapy five days a week for the 2026-27 school year, serving PreK–12 students. The role focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom participation through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Travel between school locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania OT License required.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK–12 students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation including progress notes and IEP updates.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Support student development in sensory integration and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Travel between school locations during the school day if applicable.

Snapshot: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to work 5 days per week with preschool and school age children in the West Grove, PA area for the 2026-27 school year.

Job Summary

An Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade. This role focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12)
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
• Complete required documentation, including:
• Progress notes
• IEP updates and annual reviews
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Support student development in areas such as:
• Sensory integration
• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
