Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services within an interdisciplinary team. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate families on daily living activities to support recovery and independence.

Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and an active OT license; CPR certification is preferred. 0–1 years of experience is listed as applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must have current state OT licensure or registration.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred
