Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive OT services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative environment.

The role requires an OT degree from an accredited program, current state licensure (CPR preferred), and 0–1 years of experience. Employees receive orientation and ongoing support to help them succeed in patient care and family education.

Qualifications

• OD: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state OT licensure or registration required
• CPR certification current or preferred

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
