Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Massachusetts is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive OT services, including assessment, planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to optimize functional outcomes. 0-1 years experience and licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• The OT provides a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration; CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; 0–1 years experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
