Synchrony Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in a collaborative setting. The role requires a degree in OT and licensure with 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized plans, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Current valid state OT licensure or registration
• CPR certification preferred
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration

Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
