Job summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) at Synchrony Rehab is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families on daily living activities, document progress, and collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive patient care. State licensure required and CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licenses: OT licensure/registration; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
